How about another Canadian Car-reviewing duo?

I see enough coddled poorly chosen facial hair bros in real life.
I should make a channel of more interesting wacky comparisons, say 85 Celebrity vs C8, Fintail vs AMG GT “coupe”, Model 3 vs Rabbit diesel, etc.

Their thumbnails look a lot like The Straight Pipes’ and at a glance the guy on the right even looks like Jacob.

I've watched some of their stuff before I think. I don't subscribe to channels though.

They’re so good. They’ve also improved immensely over the past year or two, so I can’t wait to see what they’re making next.

They have a pretty different style. I watch these guys when there’s not much else available. They’re skilled, but something just doesn’t click for me.

I really like those guys and they are very entertaining to watch, seem like genuinely nice folks...however their car knowledge is quite lacking. Of course they’re catering to the masses, and they are being very successful at it - it’d be great if they did a bit more research about mechanical topics and built that in to their content.

That’s a good point, and hopefully they’ll get better about that. Still better than RCR lecturing for 10 minutes about some technical thing he read on wikipedia and still gets wrong.
Anyone you’d recommend that has a deeper car knowledge but isn’t boring as hell
? Jason Cammisa is good at that
, but seems to be only
active on instagram now.

I've been watching more of them rather then the Straight Pipes. The best Canadian channel in my mind is Speed Acamedy. Lots of on track, wrenching, etc.

Yeah, I follow Jason on instagram but it’s not the same as a full length review. I used to love Jethro, but see less of him now that he’s behind the Motor Trend paywall. I’m a fan of Henry Catchpole and he has some good stuff on Carfection since he moved over there, but some of the other folks on there are a bit hit or miss.

PS -just this morning saw that Jason is doing youtube videos again with some site, just released one of the Stratos. Check out the link on his insta!
